SYDNEY LIPTAK

Sydney Liptak has been practicing real estate brokerage for over 15 years in Northern San Luis Obispo County. She is a Broker with Country Real Estate, the oldest brokerage firm in Paso Robles, founded in 1959. Sydney is also the CFO and Treasurer of James & Sydney Liptak, Inc.

Sydney has served on the Board of Directors and numerous committee’s for the Paso Robles Association of REALTORS. She currently serves on the associations Multiple Listing Service Committee.

Sydney represented the Federal National Mortgage Association, FANNIE MAE, one of the largest secondary market lenders in the world, for over seven years in San Luis Obispo County. Sydney was their lead Broker for the county and was recognized for her production and excellence in asset management, REO liquidation and marketing and construction management skills. Sydney’s outstanding production and attention to detail was rewarded with individual recognition given to her by FANNIE MAE.

Sydney was raised on a horse ranch in Southern California and was actively involved in her family's Arabian horse breeding and showing business.  During Sydney's 20+ years of competitive showing, she competed for several consecutive years in the Arabian Horse Show Association Nationals. She placed in the Top 5 in the nation twice and again in the Top 10 in Saddle Seat Equitation, a discipline which judges the rider and not the horse!

Sydney is an accomplished REALTOR who brings both creativity and insight from her past experience, in representing both individual clients and the corporate clients, to her customers in their pursuit of settling into the “SLO” life.  Comfortable  marketing either ranch properties or luxury homes, Sydney’s acumen for follow up and client service provide exceptional results for her clientele.
